I've had several trainers as I've lived in various cities and gone through different exercise regimens over the last decade. Andrea is by far the best that I have ever worked with. She is highly engaging, upbeat, and 100% dialed-in to helping me improve. Beyond just creating/implementing a workout plan, Andrea always pays attention to what routines and paces work best for me- frequently tweaking & tailoring my programs to suit changes in my activities, work/schedule, and life events. She knows intuitively when I need to back off a bit and spend more time on mobility, and when I need a bit of an extra motivational push to get out of my own head. She is a trusted advisor for anything health & fitness related, and a great person all around! I highly recommend working with her for anyone - as long as you aren't looking to slack off or make excuses (believe me, I've tried!).
